Etherwave’s currently displaying a 5G Standalone testbed, based around OpenAirInterface and supporting open-source technologies. Researchers may use it for educational purposes on the 5G stack, as well as for research and development.
- Open5GS core network coupled with the OpenAirInterface RAN
- Kamailio, PyHSS and RTP Engine are being utilized for VoNR/IMS applications.
- Detailed metrics such as latency and throughput are provided for measurement purposes.
- Software has been setup to run in a Docker container, allowing for rapid deployment and configuration.
