Etherwave’s Multi-5G System is an end-to-end cloudified implementation of multiple 5GS instances, including Core, RAN, simulated UEs and RAN Intelligent Controller (RIC), designed for education and training purposes. Multi-5GS enables students and researchers to deep-dive into the 5G System’s protocols, procedures and functionality in an isolated and controlled environment.

Current direction
Multi-5GS is evolving from a validated platform into a commercially exploitable solution. Ongoing development includes continuous maintenance and upgrades, such as the integration of OCUDU to replace legacy srsRAN setups.
Our focus is on delivering a robust, scalable environment for training, experimentation, and applied research, while preparing the platform for subscription-based access and broader industry adoption.
